Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera grows in tropical, semi-tropical and arid climates around the world. Well basically it can grow almost everywhere. 

The plant itself is a succulent plant species of the genus Aloe. It doesn't need much water to grow the plant. 

Aloe Vera is often being used for after sun skin treatment. For most of the western world they use it as a healing and skin softening treatment. Aloe Vera substances includes vitamins, enzymes, minerals, sugars, lignin, saponins, salicylic acids and amino acids also works wonders for your scalp and hair roots. 

The fresh Aloe Vera texture as thick liquid gel is easily applied to the scalp and hair. Leave it for 30 minute before rinse.

Candlenut ( Kemiri )

Candlenut is a type of nut that's often used for one of the ingredients in South East Asia cooking dishes. The nut itself is a relative of Macadamia nut and resembles them in appearance and texture. 

Candlenut substances are Vitamin C and D, Vitamin E, Healthy fatty acids: 29% oleic acid (Omega-9) and 42% linoleic acid (Omega-6).

What can it do to your hair?

It can prevent hair loss, promote hair growth and make your hair feel soft and sleek. 

How to apply candlenut to your hair?

Well it needs some process to transform the nut into an oil. 
  • Grind the Candlenut first using a mortar and pestle or food processor until it's evenly smooth.
  • Add water to the smooth Candlenut mixture. Keep stirring until the water and candlenut are mixed together.
  • Prepare a container to filter it using a cloth. Make sure the juice goes into the container that has been prepared.
  • Bring the Candlenut water to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. It takes a long time to boil the Candlenut oil, so you have to be patient and wait while stirring it until it turns into an oil. Turn off the stove. 
  • Let stand for a moment to cool, then pour into a small bottle.
